Cabins are cold all the time as they have lousy heating systems that consist of a lukewarm water pipe flowing through a homemade radiator with a standard. We stayed in the Bear Paw Cabin at Elkhorn Hot Springs Resort in January 2019. While the cabin is definitely rustic electricity was added to a historic cabin the bed was very comfortable the cabin was warm and clean and the indoor toilet flushed. The jewel of our resort our hotsprings and pools are 100 naturally heated by geothermal energy deep within the earths core.
The water flows fast enough that our water does not need chemical treatment for daily use which is great for your health and skin.
