2 mix wet and dry ingredients together. Cup mix tutti frutti • mix tutti frutti as par required • cup all purpose flour (maida) • baking powder • baking soda • cup curd (not too sour and at room temperature) • cup flavour less cooking oil • cup sugar powder. Pour hot syrup slowly into the egg whites from a height so as to incorporate it easily, beating constantly. Place the tutti frutti in a small bowl and mix in a tablespoon of flour (from the flour measured for the cake),.
