From the town of bridgeport, you will want to head south on highway 395 out of the city.
It'll take ~5 minutes coming from bridgeport. At some point, this road will turn into a dirt road. Drive 0.3 miles onto the paved road to the fork, bear left, and continue on the dirt road for 1.4 miles to the parking area. Road may close or be difficult to travel on with snow.
