You are introduced to traverse town after completing destiny islands.during the initial cutscene, donald, goofy and pluto are shown walking into traverse town, where they notice destiny islands's star going out in the night sky.
Survivors of the worlds lost to the heartless find their way here after their world has been destroyed.
When you enter, there is a little room to the left with a chest in it. This is the walkthrough for traverse town as it is featured in kingdom hearts, as well as its final mix version. After being sucked into the darkness back home at destiny islands, sora woke up in an alley in a new and unknown world, and decides to start looking for kairi and riku. This world is the main hub for people from all different worlds that were attacked by the heartless.
