Well, i'm pretty sure the modern sonic mod has a ms special stage model, along with that blaze mania mod. The animal at the bottom right of the first sonic 2 end picture is tails.

This also goes for sprites, textures and sounds.

That can be found on pixilart. I hope you like it! This has everything a sonic fan could want in one table. Before this, i had actually made a sprite sheet of sonic characters in this sprite form.

I'm not sure if the rest have been done before though.

Sonic 2 was half done by japanese staff (yuji naka, sound team, tails' creator) and half by the american staff (tom payne, brenda ross, craig stitt, peter morawiec who was the special stage programmer) in the us. The vg resource has more than a thousand pending submissions at the moment.
