On the 3rd of december 2017 i ordered a camera as a christmas present, i thought with it being a busy time of year it might take a week to order or two weeks at the very worst which still would have left me with a lot of time until christmas. I raised a complaint with pixmania customer service on the 3rd january and despite being asked to email photographs of the damages, i have not heard anything back from them for over 2 weeks despite me chasing them daily.
