The 300 numbering scheme suggests that its a 3.0 liter but you can buy some with a 2.6 liter engine as well.
When introduced in the 2007 clk63 amg torque I am looking to purchase a 2.6 liter. The c63 amg was actually advertised as an honour to the old mercedes 300sel (the year was 1969, i think). The mercedes amg 6.3 liter v8 engine outputs between kw/457 hp and 386 kw/525 hp and a maximum torque of 630 nm.
