Hi i have an issue ( maybe 2 ) the toilet keeps running into bowl through the internal over flow also its running out the top by the arm on the left ( see pic ) if you lift the arm up it stops coming out of it but continues to trickle into the. It is a common fault and if you get on to ideal standard they should send you a foc replacement washer.the top part of the syphon simply twists off and the sealing washer is then easily removed and renewed.you will find small blisters have appeared on this washer which stop it sealing after you flush the wc. My loo is constantly filling and i can't flush it using either the large or small buttons.
