Any help would be helpful. I had reset the wifi connection a few times between yesterday and today, but all i am getting is that the thermostat tries to register and then it changes the status to unregister. You might be having devices that operate on a 5ghz band connected to your 2.4ghz band in most cases. Of course that would depend on your customer being able to admin their router.
