In spite of her noble status, she aids chrom in battle as part of the shepherds as their primary healer. I do think lissa and ricken have a good support and good chemistry but i never saw it going past platonic. Mu doesn't have canon pairings, because it can be a male or female. Hey, no matter how much chrom says i'm delicate, just know that i'm pretty.

Lissa is a tad to young for most other units so that leaves only donnel and ricken, the later which i already paired with maribelle. Despite what pretty much every book ever warned her about, lissa doesn't find her first time painful. Though, i can see lissa x robin happening, i just feel like lucina is better in my opinion.
