Whispers still remains as one of the best tracking perks, but what do you guys think, barbecue & chili is the new whispers? What i propose is making barbecue & chili an hex perk. Bbq maximum proc = 12 times, easily countered numerous ways.

Just played nine games with this beast and had invested my 900,000 bps into him. Idk why this got downvoted. Op on pyramid head pls nerf. With that being said, i was able to get barbecue and chili along with his other two perks.

When i had begun the match and quickly hooked my first survs i saw all survs fucking around with one of my gennies across the map so i made haste to crash their little party. I'm new to the game and trying to grind bloodpoints. In games we get down to 2 or 3 survivors and the hunter just recks the rest of us before we even get close he's always using that perk.

So many times i have died because i was waiting a small distance from a hook rescue when the killer can see exactly where i am at. The aura reading + the bloodpoint bonus make it a very popular choice for killer players. Alert procs average of over 20 times per match with no maximum telling you where killer is all match. Making bbq and chili a hex or a scream silhouette would make the perk more fair.
The stats from the devs that they posted last year showed us that it is, quite literally, the most popular killer perk. I find it ruins the game a little from the survivor side. Its just really op even if survivors are within the 40m it just tell the hunter to camp.
If you stay close to the killer so your aura isn't shown, they'll just take it as an excuse to facecamp your fellow survivor tho :\ as a supposed incentive for killers not to camp, bbq&chili has failed on every possible level. I saw bbq and chili was one of the best perks for it, but on trapper i have distressing and hex:thrill of the hunt. The thing, you lack a whole lot of experience still, 45 hours really is nothing in this game. Bbq and chili is the most popular killer perk, miles above the others.
Therefore, bbq is not as op as alert thread is void.
I'm not complaining that it is op, just that i should not get punished all game because i did not get in a locker or run straight towards the hooked person. Can't be countered by killer. Learn to use them, all the information is readily available. On the never ending quest for bloodpoints, make sure you take bbq and chili for up to 100% extra farming potential!
