Up to 20% cash back hicustomerthis is lostrider, your not gonna like the answer to your question, the belt tensioner is an automatic tensioner, there is no manual adjustment, the tensioner is located on the passengers side of the engine just above the a/c compressor, the accessing of the tensioner is the bear, even techs that do this every day hate. I also loosed the 2nd alternator belt, so that i could get to the main belt.

It is all factory and the diagram shows that there should be an additional iddler pully that is not installed on the truck. As an oem belt manufacturer, the serpentine belts are precision ground two times to insure adherence to oem specification.
