Yeah, i was afraid of that. So long as you're careful not to break the plastic lens mount, this is an extraordinary lens in every way. For a budget telephoto, this lens performs very well.

It is the auto focus that is the issue. Combining this two lenses will grant you many capturing positions and angles. Good luck and ask the costs for repair. I thought that it was not working at all, but what i found that is it works, but it struggles.

The photographer is often credited, but they would not be able to do without knowing what does a 55 200mm lens do and how to use it more efficiently. Shooting wide open at 55mm, the sharpness in the centre is already good, and the clarity. This is a job for nikon. A host of nikon lens technologies offer greater shooting opportunities, even in trying conditions, so you can capture images you never imagined possible.
It is usually sold as part of a double lens kit package combined with one of the nikon consumer dslrs but it is also available separately for about 200 us$/€.
