As such, i think many folks who hold the 50/200 yard zero with high regard and believe the 50 yard and 200 yard zeros will always line up end up using a 50 yard zero and assume the 200 yard zero will line up. And with this 50/200 zero when you aim dead center on a target, from the muzzle to 250 yards or so your bullet will only be “off” either high or low about 2 inches. The 100 yard bzo is good for threat engagements inside 200 yards Zeroing a carbine with open sights or a red dot at 100 yards isn’t intuitive, but the concept has been gaining ground in recent years for certain applications. This bzo fits their particular mission profile, as they typically perform direct action missions that may require them to make very precise shots on threats out to 100 yard, but then immediately transition to close quarter battle actions inside enclosures. Well, frank proctor, from way of the gun, and jerking the trigger have come up with a great target.
For scoped rifles, 100 yard is best unless you are shooting big bore.
My primary ar is zeroed at 200 yards, but i like to be able to engage out to. We also provide adjusted range versions for those who only have access to a short range (25 yards), but want a 50/200 or 100 yard zero. I also have a target to use at 25 yards for a 50 yard zero that should also develop a 200 yard zero as the bullet drops through the line of sight. Trying to look at a 50 yard vs 100 yard zero.

I like to zero my.223 remington (or 5.56mm) rifles at this 50 yard distance for a couple of reasons. It is possible to get pretty close to a 200 yard zero while using a rifle zeroing target at 50 yards. 25 yard zero works fine with ak's, it'll put impact within 3 inches up or down within 200 yards.
